William G. "Rig" Darsey IV
Rig Darsey is well-versed in navigating the complexities of startup and emerging sales organizations. Rig is an innovative, forward-thinking leader who is successful in identifying market opportunities that drive revenue and profit growth. With over 20 years in the oil and gas industry, Rig has a deep-knowledge of oil & gas leases, curative title work, public records and secured seismic permitting and optioning. Rig has packaged and sold $30+ million in oil & gas exploration and production leases; negotiated the acquisition of numerous oil & gas leases and reduced title risks associated with mineral ownership. Rig also packaged a deal worth $640,000 in leases and $3.5 million in drilling costs that ultimately delivered $13 million in production.

Robert Wilson
Robert has more than 25 years of broad experience in public accounting, energy industry and compliance consulting. Since 2002 , he has been a partner with Forte Group, LLC, a management consulting, merger and acquisition firm where he works with clients in oil & gas, IT and healthcare. He has provided financial and compliance consulting for several investment banking firms and broker-dealers.
Robert has served on the Board of Arbitration for the National Association of Securities Dealers and has been the Board Audit Chairman for several small public companies.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and he was a member of the NASD Board of Arbitrators. Robert has the Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, 79, and 99 FINRA Security Licenses.
